I have created a 30-second educational Public Service Announcement about wearing a helmet and used videos from YouTube of biking accidents without helmets in the film. I'm wondering if a Public Service Announcement falls under the Fair Use exception. I have not published the video yet and would like to be sure that I can use the footage before I publish it.

I foolishly co-signed student loans for both my children with Sallie Mae. Neither have jobs that can support them 100 percent, but also have no funds to pay on their loans. My wife and I have been able to pay the loans for them, but we are getting along in years and do not know how much longer we will be able to be employed. When we are both on Social Security and drawing off our 401K's, what, if anything, can Sallie Mae get from us if we can no longer pay. We live in New York state residents.
