I have had a one-year lease agreement for a five-year continuous period between a property owner and myself regarding an apartment unit in an 80-unit complex. The complex is managed by a separate management company. The management company also rents out other units to its own tenants on a month-to-month basis with no lease arrangement. Are these actions or inactions by the management company towards myself legally actionable, a breach, or interference with a legal lease contract in which they are not parties to that contract?
