I have Liberty Resourse drilling two locations near my residence in North Dakota, one 530 feet and the other 1030 feet away, one on the east and one on the west. I own 20 acres and have 60 additional contracted acres, but I do not own mineral rights. My home is on the 20 acres. What are my rights regarding the drilling operations, particularly concerning noise and traffic, and can I deny the drilling operation under 1000 feet from my home even though it's not on my property?
