I have lived on 10 acres enclosed by a 5-strand electric fence for 9 years to contain my showhorses. My neighbor has recently added a drooping electric wire on top of my fence posts to contain her horses, causing my fence to short out and damage my power box. She claims it's all her fence and won't listen to reason. I read that a single wire is considered a lawful fence in KS. Can I remove her wire if it's within my property line? How do I prevent her from claiming adverse possession, and what if my property stakes are wrong?
