I have paid off my timeshare mortgage, but I owe $2,700 in late association fees. I have been paying association fees for over 6 years at $25 a month. If I transfer my property back to the lodge as a 'special warranty deed', do I still have to pay the late association dues, or can I file a 'special warranty deed' with Eagle County and be done with it? Please advise.

Can a parent obtain a restraining order against their child's friend because they found out the friend is gay and dating their child, and now they don't want them to talk? If they talk without the parents' consent, can the parents put a restraining order on that person?

How long can a person (woman) be separated from marriage not living in the house with a married spouse and the other partner (husband) file for a divorce? The husband filed for a disillusionment of marriage (the wife didn't show up). The pastor of the church married the husband to someone else, the pastor (who is a licensed minister in the state of Cook County). Is the separated couple still married by law (state of Cook County)?
