I have passed a drug test by CPS, and my part in the investigation was closed with no findings. However, I was recently asked to take another drug test, which was rejected due to temperature issues. My wife's case is still open. Can I legally fight against further drug tests or potential removal of my children if CPS tries to enforce these actions despite my compliance with all previous demands and a clean test result?
