I have signed a contract to purchase a house at 107 Livorno Way, Redwood City, 94065 and transferred the initial escrow deposit of 3% ($42,000). After accepting the contract, the seller agent sent me an addendum with new terms, which I refused to accept. The seller agent then sent a notice to perform to accept the addendum. Is there a way for me to cancel my contract and get my initial deposit of $42,000 back? Can you help me with the process?

I ordered something from a TV commercial and would like to refuse it to avoid paying shipping to send it back. How do I go about doing that, and what if I'm not home when they deliver it?

I am not receiving all my mail at my address in Hazel Green, Alabama 35750. The local postmaster told my mother that it is up to the carrier whether he leaves mail or not. This issue started when my dad gave my mail to my mother, and she sent it back. As a result, the carrier presumed I did not live there anymore and did not leave my monthly check from Allstate. My mother has informed the post office that I do live there and this is where I get my mail. I have not changed my address and need my mail urgently. What steps can I take to ensure I receive my mail?
