I have two vehicles that were taken from Florida by a company named Baro My Car, owned by Adquena Faine, under a contract for hosting and compensation. The company stopped paying me on January 2nd, 2024, and I have been unable to locate my vehicles. I have reported them as stolen to my insurance company and contacted the police, but they consider it a civil matter. I have all the contract and communication evidence. What are the next steps, and is this a civil or civil and criminal issue?

I am responding to special interrogatories and document requests in a legal case. They have already received 1798 documents from me, but are asking for duplicates and additional information, such as my phone records and a restoration estimate. They have asked me 62 special interrogatories, which seems excessive. How should I handle duplicate requests and what is the total number of special interrogatories permitted by law?

Dwi was never charged 10 years later went to jail. Was this DWI charge a misdemeanor? Generally, in terms of statute of limitations in New Mexico, for a misdemeanor, within two years from the time the crime was committed; for a petty misdemeanor, within one year from the time the crime was committed; for any crime not contained in the Criminal Code or where a limitation is not otherwise provided for, within three years from the time the crime was committed. Bringing a charge 10 years later seems to me beyond the statute of limitations. Does he have counsel presently?
