I helped my cousin get a car to take her dad to appointments, and the deal was she would pay me back as soon as her settlement from a wreck came through. 15 months later, she got a very small settlement, and she started paying me $100. I kept telling her she needed to get a loan and pay me back, but it fell on deaf ears. The car is in an OR status, and I plan to go put it in my name in Arizona and have the car brought back to me and sold in 30 days if she can't get a payoff. Any issues with me doing this?
