When we explain to our landlord that rent will be a couple of days late, he acknowledges and we know that in our lease, we will pay the late fee when we pay him the rent. Is he allowed to continuously remind us before and after the rent due date, and send bulky messages that go on for a week sometimes? If he knows we will pay the late fee on top of the rent, why does he continue to harass us?
