I leased a new car on 2/16/2013, but when I went to pick it up, it was a different car, not even the correct color. The contract included the wrong color and no VIN number of the car I thought I was leasing. I made a note of the correct VIN on my iPhone. The salesman admitted to the mistake, and the sales consultant offered to correct it. However, I now have buyer's remorse and want to get out of the lease. What is your advice on this issue?

I have been living with my partner for 8 years, and we are both scared that getting married would mess up our relationship. We live as a married couple, but we are not legally married. The house we live in is his, and we have jointly purchased a truck. I have my own car, which I bought with money from my divorce. If something happens to my partner or if we split up, he says I would have to leave my car until I pay it off. I owe $8,000 on it. Additionally, if something happens to him, what rights do I have regarding our joint accounts and property? We put our money in his accounts, and I have Power of Attorney, but his oldest daughter is also on these accounts. How can I protect myself legally?

As a medical provider in New Mexico, if I see patients online via TeleHealth and they sign a disclaimer stating they are within the state during the encounter, is this enough to protect me legally?

I am currently applying for a security clearance. I was born in 1962 but due to a mistake on my military ID card, my birthdate was changed to 1960. I have used this date since I was 17. Am I committing fraud, and what is my legal age according to my birth certificate?

I have a code enforcement officer using perjury, violating posted private property no trespassing law, violating state vehicle abatement ten day certified mail notice in California vehicle code, and violating due process of municipal code. What should I do as all of these issues have been e-mailed to the city manager but are ignored?

Prior to having dental work done, the dentist and the billing clerk said I had good insurance and the cost would only be XX dollars. Now, two months later, they have sent me a bill for ten times the amount. Do we have an oral contract for XX dollars or can they increase the cost?
