I left my wedding dress with my local dry cleaner and it came back ruined with significant discoloration. The dry cleaner is claiming no responsibility, and their receipt states their liability does not exceed 10 times their processing charge ($180). I want to take them to small claims court, but I cannot find the business owner's details. What are my options, and can I sue the individual if I cannot find the business name or if they are trading without a license?

Can a men's group at my church set up a ministry to help people with home repairs both inside and outside the church without putting liability on our church? The men provide materials and labor at no charge to the person being helped, and the only tie to the church is that they all go there.

I practiced medicine in Kentucky from 1995-2003 and then moved to Iowa. I was just served for a delivery I performed in 1998. The Iowa hospital picked up my tail coverage. I am now disabled and no longer practice since 2011. Which insurance company do I need to notify?
