I live in a PUD in Sun City, CA, and my association is saying I am responsible for a repair on my shared roof that they are responsible for fixing. My insurance will cover the inside ceiling, but I believe they should be paying to repair the outside. What should I do?

I am facing a sexual assault charge at a court martial with no DNA evidence linking me to the crime and DNA evidence pointing to someone else. My EAS was April 11, 2016, and I have a JAG attorney. I am innocent and want to fight the charge to the end. I feel harassed by the ongoing plea bargain offers even after a court martial date has been set. Is the process being conducted correctly, and do service members who receive an OTH discharge still get VA benefits?

I hired a home health care aide for my father. She visits roughly once a week but not less than once every two weeks, for 2 hours each visit. Her tasks include arranging medication, providing transportation to doctor's appointments, basic housekeeping, and companionship. There is no set schedule, and she uses her own car and tools without mileage reimbursement. I need to understand if I need to get worker's compensation insurance because if she is considered an employee and I pay her more than $1000/year in Maryland, I do. If she's an independent contractor or a casual domestic employee, I don't. Which category does she fall under?

My friend recently used a credit card at a questionable massage parlor. If the place gets raided, will the cops generally follow up with the credit card records, or is it too hard for them to prosecute for them to even do it?

In a divorce case, the signed court order states that spousal support ends on March 1, 2016, but the court transcript does not mention this date. The opposing party is now arguing to change the end date to November 7, 2016, to receive more support. How can I argue my case in court to maintain the March 1, 2016, date as the end of spousal support?
