I live in Arizona, a community property state, and my husband passed away. I need to file a small estate transfer and want to know what is considered his personal property for this purpose. I have already donated his clothes and sold his car, which was only worth a few hundred dollars. Will this be an issue?

I used to work for a family-owned business for almost 17 years. Recently, I discovered that the business and my brother were using my identity for personal and business purposes, including opening several credit cards with high limits and balances. I demanded they pay off and remove these debts from my name but had no luck. I started the fraud process but need legal assistance to proceed. While working for the company, my wife and I had a credit card we believed we were authorized users of, and they also have personal utilities under my name. What should I do?

Does photographic evidence have to be printed from a photo mat such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, or can they be printed at home on a printer on photo paper? A friend has been accused of multiple felonies and has photographic evidence. She is under the impression that she must pay Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc., to present that to the courts. What steps should she take to present these photographs in court in Virginia?
