I am the manager of an RV Park in Oregon. We have a tenant who has been given a 72-hour eviction notice, which has expired. He refuses to leave and has threatened us. I need to know if the eviction laws for an RV park are different from those for a house or apartment. Specifically, can we have the police escort him out and impound his RV, or do we need to go through the full eviction process in court?

My relative sued in a wrongful case suit for my father. The relative was awarded a portion for her in pain and suffering with the suit. My sister and I, as his heirs, contacted a probate attorney appointed by the court who had no knowledge of us as heirs in the remaining estate, only knew of the relative. The attorney assured us that there has been no money in a payout of any kind yet as the case was won but now is back in litigation. Is there a need for our own attorney now in a case that may or may not be for any filing of any kind yet with what all could be at stake? Don't want to make a big mistake!

In Florida, if a judge signs an order on June 5 and the papers are postmarked June 1, 2015, but received on June 10 via regular US mail, how many days do we have to file an appeal or new motion? Additionally, does Florida have a requirement for a mother, whose child was born addicted to drugs, to have a positive drug test before each visitation if the father has custody of the child?
