I live in Port Charlotte, Florida and have been employed with a home improvement company for the past 13 years. My employer knows that I am a male to female transsexual and would like to transition and continue my work with the company. My job there is varied from secretarial work to some small installations. My employer has told me that she can terminate my employment due to the Right To Work law. Is this possible? Am I protected for being a transsexual?

My neighbor had trees taken down, and the person taking down the trees broke my fence. The neighbor refuses to replace or pay for my fence and blames my children for the damage, even though the damage is clearly on her side of the fence. Additionally, there is more damage from her trees, such as sap and neglect of her yard. How do I get her to pay for my fence and take care of her side of the fence?

I married my husband while I was not aware that my first marriage had not been dissolved through divorce like I thought. We want to annul the marriage, get my legal divorce, and then remarry. When I file for the annulment, will there be any legal consequences since I am already married?
