I live in Raleigh, NC, and received a notice that my property has been foreclosed and I need to vacate in 10 days. The foreclosure was previously in process in the spring, and we had a payment plan with the bank. I missed a few payments and then received this letter with no prior notice. What can I do, and who should I talk to?

I filed a motion to quash defendants' removal from state court to federal, based on some defendants not joining the removal in time. The motion was weak, but I have since found more proof of valid service. Can I add this information to the motion to quash consent to removal, and if so, what is the name of such an addendum?

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be a Special Investigator, stating that a complaint was filed against me and there's a warrant for my appearance in court. They mentioned a restraining order and asked me to call back or have my lawyer contact them within 24-48 hours. The caller did not specify who filed the complaint or which court I am supposed to appear in. Should I call them back or is this a scam?

Should my ex-husband be paying 20% of his current adjusted gross income for child support now, and should he have been making adjustments in his child support amounts according to his adjusted gross income for the last several years? How should I pursue these changes?

In the state of Florida, I have an auto loan through an ex-partner with 25% interest. Is that usurious, and if so, what is my legal recourse?

I had a CPA misfile my state taxes from 2004-2010 due to my disability status. I found out about the mistake in 2012 and managed to recover some overpaid taxes, but the CPA refuses to compensate me. Will the judge consider rolling the statute of limitations forward due to when I discovered the error, or am I out of luck?
