I live in San Francisco and had my master tenant terminate the lease on 8/31/19. He hasn't communicated or conveyed his plans to remove or recover his personal effects and now (9/20/19), states he's coming over to sleep here and get a few things. Is he allowed on and in the property and can he claim his items? What if I'm unsure what his lease status is with the landlord? Is his signed document enough?
