I live in Texas and a collection agency in New York is threatening to sue me for a telephone bill. I only make less than $8,000 a year, but with 2 kids, I will be getting a tax refund. Can a judgment against me force the bank to give them my tax refund payment from the IRS or the child support I receive automatically deposited from the Office of the Attorney General?

Is it legal for parks and recreation employees rehearsing a show for children ages 8-14 to keep parents locked out of the auditorium, especially when there are no windows and the room is blocked by a man involved in the production? I am in NJ and am curious if there is a statute to cite this.

Is it legal to have a vehicle registered in two states? I have a current registration in Florida where I'm moving back, but my current plates are from CA. I am moving back in less than 1 month and got a citation for window tint. Illegal in CA; legal in FL. Can I put my FL plates back on to avoid having to remove the tint?

After being discharged from a workplace, the employer representatives have been giving me negative and untruthful references which could have caused me not to receive jobs. Do I have a legal right to receive the information that they have been giving out? I have requested in writing that the information be sent to me, however at this time I have not received anything.
