I live in Texas and have a judgment from a Kansas court that was rendered in 2013. A lien was filed in Texas in September 2016. Is the filing of a lien considered a 'proceeding in aid of execution' in the context of 2006 Kansas Code - 60-2403? I am trying to determine if the filing of the lien is enough to keep the judgment from going dormant since no other action has been taken on the judgment and the 5 years would have elapsed otherwise.
