I live in the state of PA. I was arrested for a DUI by state police officers and went to the police barracks 2 days later to be processed, but the computer broke and I was not able to get processed that night. I was asked to come back in when the computer was properly working, but I never got a phone call to come back in. I never received any paperwork in the mail regarding my blood test, processing at the state police barracks, or my fines. Is there a statute of limitations on the time I have to be processed by, after my date of arrest? If so, what is it? And if so, can my case be thrown out of court for this reason?
