I'm a 52-year-old male who had shoulder surgery on 11/12/2010 and has since lost 30% of my movement. I've used up all my leave and am returning to work at 70% capacity, which is my 100% post-surgery. My job requires 100% and I'm in daily pain. The doctor suggests more tests and possibly more surgery, which could risk my job. I have house payments and other financial responsibilities. What legal options do I have to address this situation, and is there a way to pursue action without jeopardizing my job?
