I'm a bail assistant in Wyoming and was barred from performing my duties at the jail due to a social media post questioning a DUI program. The judges in my town cited my post as the reason. Is it legal for judges to prevent me from working in my field based on my First Amendment rights, especially since I work for a private bail bond insurance company and not directly for the judges or the court?
