I'm filing a motion for enforcement of a court order, wrongful removal of a board member, and wrongful interference with an election lawsuit to invalidate board members and an association. This is being filed Pro Se. How do I stop them from spending association funds immediately? Should I seek a Temporary Injunction or a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO)?

I signed up for supplement life insurance with my company 3 years ago and have been paying for it out of my paycheck, but I received a letter from the insurance company stating they are reviewing my application. I called them and was told I have not been previously enrolled and have not yet been approved, yet my employer has been taking money out of my check since. What legal action can I take and can I sue for punitive damages in this case?

I filed a small claim case in McKinney, TX. The defendant responded with a 'General Denial and Jury Demand.' I am a novice in legal matters and need help. Do I have to accept the defendant's request for a jury trial instead of the Small Claim Court procedure? Can I drop the case, charges, or stop the process before a court day is scheduled?

My father-in-law died in September. The will states that his brother was given his home, but his widow has life rights. What does life rights mean, and who is responsible for the payments?

I work as an In-Home Care Provider in Los Angeles, CA, for several clients. The Department of Social Services refuses to pay me for my hours worked, despite an Administrative Judge ruling in my favor. How can I enforce the judge's ruling and what steps should I take to file contempt charges against the department?

I had a new water main pipe installed from the street into my home. After the installation, I experienced water leaking in the basement due to soil settling and improper sealing around the water main. Despite attempts to fix the issue by the original plumber, I now have a soaked carpet and a damaged TV stand. My homeowners insurance does not cover this, and I do not have flood insurance. Do I have any recourse to claim damages for my carpeting and TV stand, considering this was done under a plumbing policy with my water company?
