I'm going to court to have a garnishment quashed for the third time. I'm the sole provider for a family of six. Can I file a motion to vacate to stop the creditor from garnishing for the fourth time? I receive food and energy assistance from the state of Iowa, and after bills are paid, there's not much left over with four kids. My wife and I are also considering filing for bankruptcy to stop future garnishments.
