I'm having issues with my property management company. I've had to pay late fees and can no longer pay online due to an extra $30 charge. I sent money orders, which they claim they didn't receive, leading to additional costs to stop payment and wait for the money. I call daily but they don't return my calls. Me and my wife have injunctions against each other. She stays in the house with the kids, and I stay away per the injunction. Today, I received a call from the police but was not available to answer. When I called back, they said that whoever called should have left a message or text. I am thinking this is about the injunction. I have been there, is there something that could be used against me since I don't know what's going on?

I have a 16-year-old daughter who has been giving me trouble, especially on social media. I took away all her devices for her safety and she left home several times. Now, she has moved in with my best friend. Can anything happen to me legally because she moved out, even though I know she is safe and going to school?

Please let me know if I have any legal recourse to make sure this person never drives anyone else again. I had a terrible experience with a Hertz driver who was lost, drove recklessly, and made me feel unsafe. I want to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
