I'm in Indiana and have been dealing with CPS due to family drama and false allegations. I've completed meditation and am now required to do services to get my child back. Will I be charged, and will this affect my background once the case is closed and services are completed?

I am planning to file for an uncontested divorce in Hawaii as quickly as possible so I can enlist in the military. My ex-husband has disappeared to Europe and blocked me on most forms of contact, but we have agreed to keep our own assets and debts. How can I file for divorce without needing his signature, and what steps should I take to ensure the process is swift and efficient?

We signed a 5-page application order form to purchase a point of sale (POS) system with a POS company, which included a merchant agreement as a requirement. The POS company failed to meet our demands, so we cancelled the purchase. However, the merchant company is asking us to pay to cancel the merchant agreement. Is this fair, and where should we apply to clarify the subject? We are in Florida, and the merchant company is different from the POS company.

We are the appealing party in a case where the judgment against the main defendant was reversed, and those who had little to do with the case were left holding the bag. The only information listed is that a decision was reached, which was affirmed by all three judges, and a remittur was filed and due on 6/26/12. We, the defendants, are fearful and wonder what that may mean.

Can I include hotel room stays as out-of-pocket expenses due to a false domestic violence temporary restraining order? The person who filed the order continued to visit me at home for drinks and dinner, even after filing but before I was served. Will this behavior be considered in court, and should I respond to each claim of abuse individually or summarize them?

I have a deed for a burial plot in Indiana that my mother bought from her brother in 1993. The cemetery curator is being uncooperative and states that my cousin, the son of my mother's brother, is involved in the dispute. I have sent copies of my documentation, including the deed with a raised seal, to the curator and my cousins. However, they have blocked me on Facebook, and the curator now says he can't find any record of the transfer and that I may need to fight my cousins in court. If I have the deed, isn't this between me and the curator or the cemetery? How do I establish ownership of the grave, and is the deed enough to enforce my claim?
