I'm in Tennessee and my spouse and I are separated. He had our car towed, and his name is * * but it was purchased with marital finances. I have no income and a brain tumor. Is this a legal process? Couldn't I myself just go and have it towed back here? I wouldn't but isn't it just as legal as what he did?

I recently quit my job at the Bay Club in San Francisco to move to Texas to care for my mother with an autoimmune disease. When I resigned, I was told I didn't qualify for any benefits and was not given any other options. I also had unused sick and vacation hours. Should I have been paid for those, and are there any other options or benefits I could have qualified for?

Someone I know filed a temporary restraining order in court in Wisconsin and had her address information protected so the person she put the restraining order on could not locate her after she moved. He sent her a text message with a paper that had her financial information and address on it that was served to him when they served the restraining order. Is there anything legally that can be done for them disclosing the information after the judge had her address removed from being able to be obtained by him? She can't afford to move again and is in a year lease.

I moved into a room in December 2019 without a security deposit or lease, paying $500 monthly. During COVID, my adult son came to stay, and the landlord demanded $1100 for two rooms. I have made multiple complaints about ceiling leaks and lack of extermination, spending over $100 monthly on pest management. The property is not a legal sublet. The landlord has promised to fix issues for over two months but has done nothing. What rights do I have as a tenant in Pennsylvania, especially regarding proof of payment and out-of-pocket costs for pest management, against a landlord who threatens me and won't fix issues?
