I'm trying to sue an employer for wrongful termination. I've been working for him for almost 8 years under the table, and I can prove employment. He wrongfully evicts tenants and makes me clean and remove their belongings. When a tenant claims something is missing, he makes me pay for it out of my pay. He's also had me lie on the stand in small claims court for him. Now, after refusing to illegally move a tenant's belongings, he fires me. I am also one of his tenants. What legal actions can I take?
