I missed the due date for submitting my Statement of Issues and Contentions due to extreme bias from the judge and financial hardships, including being homeless for several weeks. I am hesitant to provide the complete reason for my lateness due to the judge's bias and the injustices I've faced. Is the Statement of Issues and Contentions my last chance to present evidence in court before a settlement conference and trial?
