Someone is scandalizing my name on Facebook and falsely destroying my character by posting insanely nasty comments. This has been going on for at least a year due to a personal conflict with my sister, and it is starting to affect my job. I live in North Carolina, and she is in New York City. What legal actions can I take to stop her from slandering my name on Facebook?
