I moved into my apartment on September 1st and found it unclean, with issues like blood on the bathroom wall and mold. I've been in contact with management, who agreed to clean it but haven't done so. I've also had the city of Houston come out for mold testing. Can my employer make me work more hours than stated in my contract or reduce my salary? I am a salaried employee in GA. My boss says if I will not work an additional 11/4 hours a day starting January 1st, I will not have a job. He stated he will not fire me. If he does not change his mind and lets me go, will I be eligible for unemployment?

I went into the hospital for an angiogram to check for blockage in my legs. The procedure took nearly 2.5 hours, and I was informed that they found a blockage at my heart and put in a stent. I experienced severe pain and internal bleeding that required emergency surgery. I was in the hospital for 5 days and still can't work. The blood went into my right testicle, which is now extremely hard and about the size of a baseball. I did not consent to a stent. What legal actions can I take regarding this situation?

What is the definition of a temporary employee in KY, and is it legal or ethical to hire a temporary employee under the guise of working during the busy season only but then keeping the temp without offering so much as a paid holiday? Does a temp have any rights in KY?
