I need a civil litigation lawyer in Holly Hill, FL 32117. The contractor I hired for electrical work has not completed the job after receiving full payment and has left the site in a mess. I want to terminate the contract, but the contractor claims there's a clause preventing reimbursement of down payments. What can I do?

I renewed my employment contract 3 months ago, but now I've received a better offer from another employer. Can I resign from my current employer, and what are the legal implications if I do? Additionally, my employer deducted my salary for 5 days when I was hospitalized due to an injury, despite not having medical insurance. Can I use this against them?

In a state court case in California involving 5 defendants, 2 defendants (the CEO of a company and the company itself) have objected to producing all documents requested in the RFPD on several grounds, including lack of particularization, violation of attorney-client privilege, proprietary rights, trade secrets, and privacy rights. The complaint includes claims of unfair competition, defamation, and breach of fiduciary duty. Should a motion to compel further responses be filed, and if so, what are the steps to do so?

I am looking for assistance with a possible eviction issue in Wisconsin. My boyfriend (now ex) has been freeloading and living with me for months. I found out he has been cheating and he has my address on his driver's license. I have printed a 5-day notice for eviction and created a voluntary movement of residence form for him to sign, indicating he is voluntarily leaving. I want to know if this form would hold up in court if he signs it and then tries to come back, and if I need to have it notarized or could video tape him signing it.
