I still have not been given access to my account or help to get in. The only security question they asked me was about my frequent flyer mile number, which I don't know because I don't fly. I've never had frequent flyer miles. My passwords are usually related to trains or my dog Eris. I'm still stuck in Canada with no way to get into my contacts to contact anybody or even my PayPal or anything. I really need help.
