I need a lawyer to help me sue Marriott Hotel for stolen goods compensation due to hotel staff's negligence. I stayed at the Marriott Hotels at the end of February and stored my goods with them in their storage. They gave out my goods without confirming a single form of identification to a thief who targeted me and stole my claim ticket from my backpack. I believe they are liable under the Hotel Inkeeper's Act since the items were stolen due to their negligence. They have been dragging the compensation/liability investigation process since February and I can not wait any longer.

I've been 'flagged' 'banned' from hiring a lawyer in Pennsylvania. The Area of Aging has allegedly told all lawyers in the area, including those 2 hours away, not to take our case. I need help getting someone out of my house. The person is a friend who moved in on February 11, 2022, and has been paying rent irregularly. I have asked her to leave, changed the door code, and served a 7-day notice to move out, which she refused to sign. She has since left, but left behind two boxes and sent a text saying she was never coming back. I'm concerned she might claim she wasn't properly evicted and try to return. What should I do to ensure she cannot legally return and to handle the abandoned property?
