I need a second opinion on child support matters. I am a US resident and also a Russian citizen. My child is in Russia. I want to know if a Russian court can enforce a DNA test on me, a US citizen, and if they can, what the process entails. Additionally, I want to understand if a US court can issue a child support decision without the mother or child being present in the US, and whether I would be required to pay child support according to Russian law if the case is handled in a Russian court.

I was fired on 01/03/17. My last direct deposit was on 12/30/2016 for hours worked up until 12/15/16. Can my employer reverse the direct deposit? Would I know by now 01/09/17 if she had? Can I terminate her rights regarding direct deposit?

I was told by my supervisor that she was going to beat the shit out of me, and I reported this to HR, but they continued to make me work with her. I sought new employment and got a doctor's note stating I had situational anxiety and grief disorder from the abuse at work, which I provided to the County administrator. However, the administrator dismissed my concerns and said I wouldn't be eligible for rehire. Can I pursue a complaint against the company and manager?

My father has been harassing him for over 3 years through emails, online negative reviews, and contacting his friends and colleagues to talk badly about him.
