I need an attorney for 3 civil service hearings in a couple of months. The hearings are related to appeals for slander, defamation, and other issues from a prior job at SCI Forest in PA DOC. I have already been granted these hearings, with 2 against individual prisons and 1 against the entire PA DOC. Additionally, if the civil service hearings do not work, I plan to sue the institution. How can I find, vet, consult with, and possibly hire the right attorney for these matters?

I have a person spreading false allegations about me and my nonprofit organization on Facebook. She has started a petition and is harassing people on social media to support her claims. The police have investigated and found no grounds for charges. Despite this, she continues to attack my reputation and has affected the sale of my property. What legal actions can I take against her and the platforms facilitating her attacks?

My daughter signed a document at the hospital stating that no information about her and her newborn baby was to be disclosed, especially to her father's side of the family who were not allowed to visit. However, the hospital disclosed health information to CPS, leading to a removal order. What can be done about this violation of privacy, and can the removal order be dismissed due to the privacy law violation?

My daughter is being bullied at her elementary school in Texas, with the bullying including physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. The school administration has been slow to respond and has not effectively addressed the issue, even after multiple reports. The bullying has caused my daughter to be afraid to go to school, her grades to suffer, and her emotional well-being to deteriorate. Additionally, the bully has threatened my son, who is in a different grade. What immediate and long-term legal options are available to protect my daughter and ensure her safety at school, and how can I address potential job security concerns if I am also a teacher in the same district?
