I entered into an agreed order dismissing the matter with leave to reinstate pending my making payments. There remains a balance of $194.27. I had a stroke in October 2010 and have since lost my apartment and moved to temporary residence with my brother. I have just received a Motion to Reinstate and for Judgment, which I missed due to my medical situation. The firm is now asking for the balance plus costs totaling $449.27. How should I proceed? Should I try to contact the law firm?
