I need to discuss my underage child obtaining residency in another state. We live in PA, but she wants to move to FL to finish her senior year and attend college there. My husband and I want to move there as well but it's a long process. Do I need to move with her or can she have a guardianship with a close adult friend?

My aunt lives in Florida and is a homeowner. Her husband died, and their nephew made a will at the time of his death, stating he has ownership of all my aunt's property. The will does not address her competency or how cash and property should be divided. She is complaining that the nephew is not giving her any money, and she has lost her spouse's monthly income. What type of lawyer does she need, and what actions can be taken to protect her assets and rights?

I am 14 years old and my camp wants me to sign a behavior contract. I want a lawyer to look over it before I sign it. My parents are also going to sign it after I do. Does that make it legal for me?

I would like to speak to someone about a DUI case. I believe that some of my rights are being violated. I am in New Mexico and have medical conditions including a stroke in May 2021, allergies to everything in the desert, and acid reflux. I need glasses to drive and had to buy a new pair during this situation. I have a public defender, but they don't want the medical information, and the judge said I don't have a right to another public defender. I am on SSI and get $841 a month. What should I do?
