I am being sued by a debt buyer and in the settlement agreement stage, but I don't understand what any of the agreement means or if it's in my favor. Is there certain terminology I should make sure is included in the settlement to ensure they can't sue me again for this debt?

I filed a Fair Housing Discrimination case against my previous landlord for delaying a reasonable accommodation request for a wheelchair ramp from July 23, 2020 to December 07, 2020. The delay caused me to be unable to enter or exit my home without physical assistance and the use of my wheelchair. I have been trying to complete a Proposed Recommended Order for the judge, but I am struggling due to my disabilities, including PTSD, spinal injuries, and multiple surgeries. I need to know how to properly complete the order and if I can request a continuance to raise funds for transcripts. Additionally, I am unsure how to handle the Preliminary Statement and whether I need to reference specific laws in my findings of fact.
