The property management company asked for an additional month's rent for January, which I paid partially. After vacating the home, they claimed I owed $1,100 in unpaid rent and deducted this amount from my security deposit, along with other charges. They also took over $1,000 for professional cleaning, painting, and miscellaneous items, despite already paying for cleaning.
