I ordered a gun from Gundealeronline.com, sent a check, and never received the gun. I have spoken to them numerous times, and they said it was not in stock. I requested a refund, which they agreed to send, but I have not received it since 1/16/2013. I have called every two weeks. What is my next course of action?
