I own a car wash and one of my employees wrecked a customer's car. Do I have to give the customer my insurance information? My son received a ticket in NYS for not having his vehicle inspected. The back of the ticket stated that as long as the inspection took place within 48 hours the fine would be waived, but this was not honored. Additionally, he was not given a second ticket at the time, but it was referenced in a later notice. He is a student with a PA license and a NYS-registered car purchased in NYS. Is there any recourse for us?

I ran aground while leaving my boat slip in July-mid August 2012 due to a shallow sand bar within the property boating channel to the main river channel. No notice was displayed to warn registered boaters of the navigation situation. They have ignored my requests for answers and my submitted statements for repairs.
