I own a property with a co-owner who has become an enemy (tenants in common). The property is paid for but has a hazardous teardown on it that is an eyesore and may be cited by the city. My co-owner refuses to invest more in the property and is unwilling to sell her half to me at my offer price. She threatened to get a mediator and wants to sell the property, but I prefer to keep it for retirement. Can she force me to sell the property?
