I own a retail lighting showroom in San Francisco, CA. We have been holding a large paid-in-full purchase in our warehouse since July 2014. Our client, who paid for the material, is in litigation with their client for whom the goods were intended. We have made multiple attempts to get the material picked up or be provided a valid delivery address to drop off the goods. The material is taking up a large amount of space in our warehouse and we feel we've been more than accommodating. It is becoming a burden for storage and we would like to know what our legal rights are regarding the disposition of goods, etc.
