I own a sited trailer in Key Largo, Florida, that I need to sell. However, the owner of the park has imposed restrictions that make it difficult to sell, such as not allowing Blacks, Cubans, Mexicans, or South Americans. I cannot disclose these restrictions due to equal rights laws, but I need to know how to handle this situation without starting a conflict. What kind of proof do I need that she is doing this, and can I just walk away from the sale? How do I release ownership of the trailer?
