I own a small business in Pennsylvania that sells storage sheds. The sheds are purchased from an out-of-state vendor who constructs them at the customer's home in Pennsylvania. The sheds are considered real property. Am I responsible for submitting the use tax on these, or could the vendor, who is essentially a subcontractor, be responsible since they provide all labor and materials? Where can I find documentation to support the subcontractor being responsible for remitting the tax?

I was recently contacted by my cousin who informed me that through Ancestors.com, she was called by a man who claimed to be my son and that she was his second cousin, with their DNA matching. I would like to know if I can sue Ancestors.com for providing this information without my permission or a blood test, and if I can put a restraining order on this person to prevent them from contacting my relatives and children. I am located in Pennsylvania.

I started a company alone and invited a software engineer friend to join me, offering him a $60K annual salary and 25% equity. We created an agreement stating his commitment to 84 hours per week, but it was never signed and the company was not legally incorporated. After two months, he resigned, and since then, I've renovated almost every facet of the business. I'm concerned he might claim his 25% equity if the company becomes successful.
