I own a travel company that operates online, providing downloadable trip itineraries and customization options without booking trips. I need to protect my company from liability regarding loss of money, injury, etc. My business is currently an LLC in Colorado, but I'm considering transitioning to a closed C-corp in Wyoming to qualify for QSBS tax exemption.
