I paid for an online class and received handbooks that were described differently on the website. I purchased additional handbooks for $35 each, thinking they were more detailed, but they turned out to be the same as the free ones but with a cardboard cover. I asked for a refund on Facebook Messenger, but they refused and offered free trend reports instead. How can I get my money back if they don't do refunds, and what legal actions can I take?
