I participated in a SAPCR in Travis County, Texas filed by me (father) in 2010. Part of the suit appointed a GAL to address the needs of the children. In 2011, the GAL recommended a psychological evaluation for me but refused to accept a previous evaluation I had done. The GAL directed me to one specific provider and did not offer other options. The GAL also refused to recommend an evaluation for the mother, stating it was not needed “Because I'm familiar with the family”. I feel I was a victim of negative discrimination by the GAL. I want to determine facts about the GAL's behavior in family court matters, such as how many times she has recommended psychological evaluations, how often only one parent was evaluated, and how often only one specific provider was indicated. Is there a way I can request GAL court records or obtain information on the cases the GAL was involved in?

I recently started driving for Uber and Lyft in Oklahoma City and have installed neon lighting around the interior of my car, including a light strip that reflects off the glass of my sunroof and another in the center of the back seat. Both light strips pulse with the beat of the music and can be seen from outside the car. I have had passengers ask if I've been pulled over before, and I'm curious if my setup is legal or if I should make changes. I have already passed nearly 20 patrol cars with my lights turned on and nothing has happened yet. What state is this in? And how old is the car? Has anything been filed or reported? I work in a construction company for residential and commercial buildings. I have a worker who mostly picks up orders, checks that work gets done, and is supervised by our field manager. He completes tasks that the field manager or general manager don't have time for and serves as an assistant. As I need to make business cards, I need to know what his professional job title is.

I paid cash for a used car, $31,000, and within 2 days, an issue appeared. The dealership couldn't find the issue initially and later 'fixed' it, but the problem reappeared within 15 miles. What grounds do I have to return the truck and get a full refund or another vehicle?
